OEM & Private Label Services

Built for buyers who sell under their own brand

Most international buyers who land here are not looking for ready stock — they are looking for a factory. That is exactly what Royal Loom is. We work as your production partner:

  1. 1
Share your design — tech pack, artwork, a reference photo, or just an idea. We help turn it into a production-ready spec.
  2. 2
Approve a sample — fabric, fit, print and branding are confirmed on a physical sample before bulk starts.
  3. 3
Bulk production — cutting, stitching, printing and finishing under one roof, with checks at every stage.
  4. 4
Your label, shipped — woven labels, hang tags and packaging in your branding, packed and dispatched worldwide.

Private Labeling & Packaging

Your woven neck labels, size tags, hang tags and barcodes — plus your branded poly bags and boxes. The customer who buys it sees only your brand, never ours.

Embroidery & Screen Printing

Crisp embroidered logos for polos, caps and fleece — and durable screen prints for tees and hoodies that survive wash after wash. Best for badges, crests and bold graphics.

Sublimation & DTG Printing

All-over sublimation for team kits and rash guards — unlimited colours, no fading, no cracking. DTG for detailed, photographic artwork on cotton tees and hoodies.

Custom Fabric Development

Pick your yarn, blend and weight. We develop fabric to your specification — light and breathable for kits, heavy and structured for streetwear fleece.

Fabric weight (GSM) — your call

GSM is simply how heavy the fabric feels. Tell us the hand-feel you want and we knit or source to match — a few common starting points:

~160 GSM · Light tees & kits ~220 GSM · Polos & gym wear ~320 GSM · Hoodies & fleece ~400 GSM · Heavy streetwear
Our Process · About the Factory

Inside the factory

Real floors, real machines, one checked route from yarn to carton — and the loom heritage that makes Royal Loom different.

From Yarn to Carton

How an order moves through our factory

Every order — a first sample run or a full container — travels the same six stations on our floor, and it does not move to the next one until it passes the check at the current one.

  1. 1

    Yarn & Fabric Sourcing

We start at the yarn. Fibre, blend and weight are matched to how the garment will actually be worn — and locked to the GSM on your spec sheet.

  2. 2

    Pattern Making & Cutting

Your size chart becomes a graded pattern set; cutting follows it piece by piece so an XL in the last carton matches the sample you signed off.

  3. 3

    Stitching Lines

Our machinists sew with reinforced seams at the points garments fail first — shoulders, side seams, waistbands — because returns cost more than thread.

  4. 4

    Decoration — Print & Embroidery

Your artwork goes on by sublimation, screen, DTG or thread. A first piece is colour-checked against your file before the rest of the run is touched.

  5. 5

    Finishing, Checking & Packing

Threads trimmed, measurements spot-checked, your labels and tags attached — then folded and packed in your branded bags and cartons.

  6. 6

    Dispatch & Export

Sealed cartons leave Sialkot on the agreed schedule, bound for buyers across the USA, Europe and beyond — shelf-ready the day they land.

The Royal Loom Difference

One factory. Two crafts.

Patterned Around Your Fit

Athletic, regular or oversized — every style is patterned to your size chart, so the fit your customers expect is the fit that shows up.

Checked at Every Station

Fabric in, stitching, decoration, packing out — each stage is inspected before the next begins. The carton holds what the sample promised.

Sportswear + Hosiery Together

Most factories do one or the other. Our loom heritage plus teamwear production means kits, socks, tees and thermals in a single shipment.

Buyer Questions

Before you enquire

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

It depends on the product, fabric and print method — a sublimated football kit, a knitted polo and an embroidered hoodie each start at a different point. We keep MOQs flexible for new and growing brands. Send your design through the enquiry form and your exact MOQ is confirmed in your quote, before you commit to anything.

Can I order samples first?

Yes — and we recommend it. A physical sample lets you check fabric, fit, stitching and print quality before bulk production. Sample details and timing are confirmed with your enquiry.

Can everything carry my own brand?

Yes. Private labeling is our core service: your woven labels, hang tags, size markings and packaging on every product, across all six lines — sportswear, hosiery, streetwear and MMA gear alike.

I only have an idea, not a tech pack. Can you still help?

Yes. A reference photo, a competitor's product you like, or even a sketch is enough to start. We help convert it into a production spec — fabric, GSM, sizes and branding — and confirm it with you on a sample.

Which countries do you ship to?

We manufacture in Sialkot, Pakistan and export worldwide — our buyers are mainly clubs, brands and distributors across the USA and Europe, but we ship wherever your market is.
